  86. I am sorry if this post does not seem to 'fit' in your opinion the
  87. purpose of this newsgroup. Please send me hate mail and be sure to include
  88. your net-badge number. Somebody has to tell the TRUTH and that is exactly
  89. what The SenseReal Foundation(1-803-785-5080 14.4) does best. Now on with

  92. Things that need to happen.......

  94. 1> Get Lisa Preter off the air. I don't care if she is an emergency medical
  95. techinician. I hope her headaches keep coming back over and over.

  97. 2> Let's get rid of the secret police. Used to be you knew who the cops
  98. were. They had blue lights and drove around in cars that were black and
  99. white and said 'police' on them. They wore blue uniforms and had badges 
  100. pinned to their chest. Back then the violent crime level was way down.
  101. Nowadays they drive almost anything: Mustangs, Trans-Ams, even corvettes.
  102. Is this necessary? If you can't outrun a radio why do they need fast
  103. cars? The cops have been living high off the hog far too long. Oh, not 
  104. your everday, average hard-working cop, he is still driving along in a 
  105. Ford LTD or Chevy Caprice with full markings and a big bubble light on 
  106. top. Or he's out walking a beat. I am talking about the 'elite' cops.
  107. The ones whose ideas of right and wrong are shaped by what they want the
  108. outcome to be. They always carry a throw-knife and perhaps an untraceable 
  109. gun just in case. Nowadays, the violent crime rate is high and climbing 
  110. through the roof. Coincindence? Due to other societal changes? Here at 
  111. The SenseReal Foundation we think not. After much study and consideration
  112. we have come up with one possible solution. It may not be the best 
  113. solution but until we hear of a better one, this is the plan we endorse.

  115.  First, we must require all police to wear uniforms. It doesn't matter 
  116. exactly what as long as it is basically blue and includes a badge pinned 
  117. to their chest. Two, we must phase out the cars being used today by 
  118. police and replace them with Ford Escorts. These should be painted 
  119. flourescent orange and have blue lights on top. Too many innocent people 
  120. have been killed by cop cars racing around. The cars should have govenors 
  121. that will not let them exceed 65 miles per hour. Three, cops should be 
  122. limited to investigating only crimes that are reported by a vicitm or 
  123. where there is an obvious victim (somebody breaking into a building 
  124. late at night for instance). We have too many unsolved crimes to allow 
  125. our police to continue to create crimes with 'sting' and 'undercover' 
  126. operations. Once we have the crime rate down we can consider what other 
  127. criminal activities our police need to focus on. Four, all police 
  128. communications should be open to the public at the time that they occur. 
  129. Police need to be honest and have no need to hide anything from us. 
  130. This would include the terminals many of them ride around in their cars 
  131. with. Easy access to such terminals via the Internet is an idea whose
  132. time has come. There are many other aspects and details involved in this
  133. program to end the secret police. If you are interested please contact

  137. it was technologically impossible for us to represent ourselves so we
  138. elected representatives. Now it is possible for an electronic link
  139. to be established and control systems set up so that we can truly have
  140. a government of the people. This one is a no-brainer. The real question
  141. is how? There are many details to work out on this one.
